Hi! I’m Sue Anderson.

For 20+ years, I’ve been the person behind the scenes, writing the content that builds authority, managing the teams that deliver it, and building the systems that make it all run without the founder in the room.

I started Triumph Communications in 2005 as a writer. I was good at it, and clients kept coming back, referring friends, and ordering more. That’s still true today.

But early on, something became clear: the most important thing about the content I was creating wasn’t the writing. It was what the writing made possible. The book that got a consultant into rooms he couldn’t get into before. The success story that closed a deal a sales rep had been sitting on for months. The newsletter that made 46,000 people feel like they had a trusted insider in their corner.

Good content does a job. And someone has to manage the operation that produces it consistently.

THE OPERATOR SIDE

I’ve spent years in environments where I wasn’t just the writer, I was the person who made things run. For one client, I managed a remote team of 12, built the editorial SOPs from scratch, launched and grew a newsletter, and oversaw the creation of six online courses, all simultaneously. At Triumph, I built the systems that let me hand off 90% of ongoing client work to a project manager without losing quality.

I’m not a writer who dabbles in project management. I’m an operator who also happens to be an excellent writer. That combination is genuinely rare, and it’s what makes the work I do different from what most content agencies or freelance PMs can offer.

THE SALES SIDE

Not long ago, I spent six months as a high-ticket sales closer. I wanted to understand the sales conversation from the inside, and I got an education I wasn’t expecting.

I saw exactly what was missing when deals didn’t close. Not better pitches. Not slicker scripts. It was proof: credible, specific, outcome-based proof that made a skeptical prospect think, “Okay. These people actually do what they say they do.” That experience changed how I think about every piece of content I create.
